Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to the United States for all orders under $100. Any order over $100 ships for free. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 407 N. Spence Avenue, Goldsboro, NC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00-4:00 Monday-Friday and 10:00-3:00 on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@sugarbabiesboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will accept items in original packaging with tags intact that have been unworn and unwashed within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit, no refunds. All items discounted 50% or more are final sale. Monogrammed or special order items are final sale.

Returns must be shipped using USPS, FedEx or UPS at the expense of the shipper.
